Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
• The manuscript follows the structure and word limits for its article type.
• The title page is submitted as a separate file and includes ORCID iD(s) and corresponding author details.
• All required statements (ethics approval, conflicts of interest, funding, data availability, AI disclosure) are included.
• References follow the Vancouver (AMA) style and are complete and accurate.
• Tables and figures are numbered, captioned, and submitted as separate high-resolution files.
• A cover letter is included.
• Any prior preprint posting is disclosed.
